Setting near to Commercial Court which is where all the colourful umbrella lights are, the Cathedral quarter, and centre of town. Welcoming management and stuff.

Rooms were big, and there was free Wi-Fi. It was located in a downtown area just next door to the centre, all attractions and bars and restaurants, and the centre of Belfast, The staff were helpful, all of them.

We had a great time staying at the City Centre Penthouse. The apartment was fully furnished and had everything we needed for simple meals. The hosts were kind and always available for any queries. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre, supermarket, and bus stops. Despite the ongoing redevelopment in the area, it was still a peaceful and convenient place to stay. The apartment itself was comfortable, tastefully furnished, and had a great view over the city. a very enjoyable stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

The value for money at City Centre Penthouse was excellent, and the room was cozy and well-furnished with all necessary appliances. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the vibrant city center, bars, and restaurants. The staff, especially Karen, were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
One minor improvement would be to offer a wider selection of cooking utensils for breakfast preparation.

The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment was a lifesaver during my stay. I felt like a master chef, effortlessly whipping up meals with the toaster, oven, and fridge. It was like having my very own culinary playground!
Limited cooking utensils.

The apartment was very comfortable and cosy, with a comfortable bed and fabulous cooking facilities. The living area had two large settees and a large selection of channels. The apartment was also comfortably heated with plenty of hot water for showers, which was a plus during the winter season. The location was fantastic, situated in the heart of the city and close to bars, restaurants, and the city center. This made it convenient for exploring and enjoying the Christmas festivities.
There were a few minor issues with the apartment. It could benefit from having a few more cooking utensils, such as a casserole dish, mixing bowl, cooking knives, and a potato peeler.

The City Centre Penthouse Apartment in Belfast was a breath of fresh air for someone like me who craves direct touch with nature. The apartment's fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy meals with a view of the beautiful surroundings. The private bathroom with a bath or shower was a lovely addition for relaxation. The apartment's 2 bedrooms provided ample space for a comfortable stay.
If I had to nitpick, I would say that the lack of a balcony or outdoor space was a slight disappointment. But hey, some people might still enjoy apartment living without that feature.

The apartment was extremely cosy and well-furnished, with all the necessary appliances. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions and nightlife. Plus, being on the highest floor offered stunning city views. The host, Karen, was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions. It was by far the best accommodation we found during our two weeks in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Highly recommended!
Finding the apartment was a bit tricky initially, as it's part of a large building called Library Square. The front door handle was broken and the second bedroom had a taped socket and a soggy mattress.
